Questions about working together
Can my team use the templates without booking every edit?
That is the purpose of the template kit. We agree on the tools and templates your team needs, then provide a written handoff. A kit might include titles, lower thirds, intros and layouts.
Is ongoing support included?
Ongoing support is included only when it is specifically agreed. Before handoff, we document what you receive, who controls it and any costs required to keep it running.
Does this include a complete website?
Creative Systems can include a campaign page with an inquiry form. For a broader portfolio, booking or business website, Web Works is the dedicated service.
